Outdoor Weddings at Seven Sycamores-Experience Casual Elegance!
Casual elegance blends the natural beauty of the outdoors with meticulous attention to providing a comfortable ambiance for your guests, making your special wedding day very special indeed. Fragrant orange and mandarin groves embrace the Historic Seven Sycamores Ranch, an 80-year old family orchard homestead planted with hundreds of flowers and plants, and landscaped with granite stone walkways from the Sierra range.
Among the many striking visual features of the gardens is a classic pergola. This beautiful white arbor frames the wedding party as a glorious altar among the colorful greenery. Seating is arranged around the raised pergola on the lawn plus a large paved dance area. The entire grounds transforms into a lush and living theater, with all eyes focused on the bride and groom.
The reception for your guests is accented by two large arbors of native plants provide pleasant shade and dancing glimmers of sunlight. Guests also enjoy strolling the landscaped gardens with many labeled native flowers and plants, and pausing to listen to the sounds of dancing water in the fountain.
Our focus is attention to detail, assisting the bride and her family in selecting from our approved list of licensed caterers and other professionals, and seeing that all necessary needs are met. We will provide on-site parking, an air-conditioned dressing room, permanent restroom facilities, a serving facility for caterers, clean up, and much more. We also have two, newly renovated 1937-era ranch homes on the property which can be rented for preparation areas for the bride and groom, for out of town guests, or perhaps a honeymoon hideaway after the ceremonies and the guests are gone.

Wedding Facility Accommodations:

Included in the rental fee is exclusive use of the activity venue on the day reserved, beginning at 8 a.m.
Event must end not later than 11 p.m. All items must be removed immediately at the conclusion of the event.
Included in the rental fee:
- A caterers building including 750 lbs of ice. Only licensed and approved caterers are acceptable. We will provide a list of approved caterers along with a list of approved vendors.
- Round tables and chairs for up to 200 guests (capacity is 500, if you need more),
set up and removal
- On-site parking
- Permanent restrooms
- Clean-up of premises and disposal of garbage.
- A total of 5 hours consultation/showing the venue is included in the fee. Each additional hour or portion thereof will be billed at $100.
- An air-conditioned dressing house for the bridal party.
- Subject to availability, the venue will be available for one hour on a day prior to the wedding for a walk-through rehearsal. If the venue is to be used for a rehearsal dinner immediately following, the fee will be $375.
Rental Fee:
March-June, and September-October (Friday-Sunday): $2,250 Rental Fee + $350 Refundable Security Deposit
July-August (Friday-Sunday): $1,750 Rental Fee + $350 Refundable Security Deposit
Monday-Thursday (Any month): $1250 + $350 Refundable Security Deposit
All inclusive packages now available with catering services. Packages
range from $32.20-$42.20 per person. Package includes venue, catering
and service. Please inquire with event manager for details.
